Abstract

Customised tourism has become increasingly popular in recent years. In the context of the integration of culture, sports, and tourism, it is worth studying how to identify the real needs of tourists in diverse tourism scenarios and customise satisfying travel itineraries for them. In this paper, we propose a method for customising multi-day tourism itineraries based on user-scenario portraits. Firstly, the user-scenario portrait is constructed based on the user attributes and tourism scenario elements. Then the personalised recommendation model for multi-day tour routes is constructed by adding constraints. Next, solve the multi-objective optimisation using the NSGA-II algorithm. Finally, taking the Qingdao area as an example, 10 tourists were randomly selected for a comparison test, and the results showed that 90% of the tourists were more satisfied with the recommended routes integrating user-scenario portraits, which illustrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the modelling method.
