Optimal Convergence Analysis of DDPM for General Distributions

Under a relaxed smoothness condition, DDPM achieves near-optimal $\tilde O(d\min\{d,L^2\}/T^2)$ KL convergence, improving prior $d^2/T^2$ rates and matching lower bounds.
